Food and Beverage Management Summit 2010

The 2010 Food & Beverage Management Summit is to be held on 8th and 9th September at Bankstown Sports Club and features Angela Vithoulkas of VIVO Cafe Group sharing her formula for creating a great business in her session titled ‘Creating Success in Your Club Cafe’. 

Angela states, “If the experience in your venue is that it is easy to be a customer AND  easy to serve a customer, then increased revenue turnover and decreased staff turnover are an inevitable outcome no matter how large or small your operation.”

Attendees at the Summit will be inspired and challenged and learn from Angela and other experts and smart managers in clubs large and small.  Cost control, menu trends, equipment, maintenance, legal issues and staff management: these are are all major challenges for the club industry and a focus for this exciting event.
