VIVO Cafe Now Open Weeknights

VIVO Cafe, 388 George Street, Sydney, will be supplying the Sydney CBD with an all day dining venue as it is now open for dinner from Wednesday to Friday.

Available from 5pm to 9pm, the most popular item on the new dinner menu – as recommended by the Little VIVO Lady – is the Spicy Pork and Fennel Sausage Linguini tossed with roast pumpkin and gorgonzola dolce.

VIVO’s new dinner menu also includes delicious items such as:

• Fish of the Day – fresh from the markets
• Garlic Prawns in lemon and paprika with warm bread
• Grilled Haloumi topped with a pear and citrus salad
• Baby beetroot salad
• Black Angus Sirloin with asparagus and mash
• Roasted eggplant stack with buffalo mozzarella and tomato confit
• Chicken Piccata on polenta cakes with roasted Mediterranean vegetables
• Prawn, rocket and chilli risotto.
