
If you haven’t visited VIVO Café in a while, you’re in for a big, tasty colourful surprise with Stage One of the café redevelopment having opened on June 22nd.
The first thing you will notice are the beautiful new awnings that are designed to cocoon you as you sit outside the café, cosy warm under a heater and sipping a freshly brewed coffee in the VIVO oasis. Take a moment to step inside and see the first changes in a Four Stage redevelopment taking place over the coming weeks……
Spacious, modern and airy and sporting a seriously high beer fridge, the flagship café in the VIVO family has had a professional facelift and is looking mighty fine. The towering red marblo feature wall adds to the atmosphere enhanced by very sexy new coffee machines in go faster red! But the most significant change is found in the menus.
“We are changing the face of food in Sydney” says Angela Vithoulkas, the co-owner of the VIVO Café group. “Our To Go menu has been tripled – we are now offering an entire new range of choices for our customers”. There are now loads more fresh and healthy salads and pastas available and scrumptious hot dishes have also been added. Choices like pumpkin, sage and semi dried tomato penne, pesto chicken tortellini, lamb cutlets and even a selection of roasts await you!
Fresh fruit and vegetable juices can be concocted and squeezed on the spot and you can even take home the unique VIVO taste with meals packaged to heat up later such as thai chicken green curry, spinach and ricotta ravioli, pear and rocket salad and irresistible beef stroganoff….
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, might be time for lunch at VIVO today!
